The Fellowship of Crenshaw's Unmarried Saints. FOCUS is comprised of unmarried men and women, widows and widowers, divorced, single parents, and mature unmarried christians ages 21 and up who are determined to be God's best.
In FOCUS they are committed to obey God's Word (Matthew 6:33); to volunteer in the ministry (1Corinthians 7:32); be examples of Christ in word and deed to a dying world (Colossians 3:17); and enjoy the abundance of the Christian lifestyle (John 10:10). God loves you and He wants the best for you (John 3:16).
Through fellowship with other Christians, FOCUS is there to encourage and strengthen one another during life's tests and trials (Galatians 6:2); FOCUS possess combined spiritual resources to defeat the enemy and live in God's abundance (Leviticus 26:8); and they are sharpened by their fellowship (Proverbs 27:17)
The Fellowship of Crenshaw's Unmarried Saints Vision is designed to promote growth and accountability to Christ.
FOCUS will encourage individual commitment and dedication in support of Crenshaw Chriatian Center's Helps Ministry, community outreaches and special activities.
FOCUS will also create global relationships with other Christian ministries to promote and raise the awareness of the importance of Christian Fellowship.
FOCUS will work together to encourage and support one another to be content as unmarried Christians fulfilling God's purpose for their lives. Their ultimate goal is to promote spiritual, mental, physical and financial prosperity in order that they may fulfill God's plan and be better examples of Godly people to the world. |
